MISSING NYC

when i was in the states, i got to live in central manhattan for a month. i was watching a tv show a while ago and it was shot in NYC. as i was watching, i felt nostalgic. i suddenly felt how much i miss the big apple.

although life in NYC is freaking expensive (a pack of gum for $3, how's that?!), you can still enjoy it without spending much (maybe except for the subway fare of $2 per ride). you may even choose just to walk. i really didn't mind just walking most of the time for everywhere i looked just seemed picturesque. also, the apartment i lived in was just across central park so that was an added bonus.

1. i am a dreamer. i have big dreams and i plan to have them all someday.

2. i cry. i cry when i'm alone especially when i start thinking about things.

3. i have a dog named Oscar that i truly love. i love my dog most than anything in the world. i'll die if he dies.

3. i am very impulsive. when i think of something to do, i'll do it. people think i'm ridiculous for doing so.

4. i fell in love with bangkok. i love the place and i love the people there.

5. i have a lot of friends. i have so many set of friends. i plan to have one big party someday and gather all of them. i wonder how it will go. haha

6. when i type, i don't capitalize letters that are supposed to be capitalized. i just don't feel like doing so.

7. when i buy jeans, i buy waist 30 length 30. it has to be that specific. WAIST 30 LENGTH 30.

8. if i feel i don't look good, i don't look in the mirror. i'll only look again once i feel better.

9. i love secluded beaches. i'll never go to beaches with a lot of people. that's why i have no plans of ever going to boracay.

10. i have a lot to say most of the time but never do so because i feel too lazy.

11. i care most about olivia mejia and isabel ipac.

12. when i read something i really like, i become catatonic. i will read continuously. if it's a series of books, i'll read them book after book. no kidding. if i finish one book of a series at 3 a.m., i'll do what i can to get hold of the next - regardless of means. hahaha

13. i think traveling has changed me a lot. it altered most of my principles. there is no education quite like the lessons of travel.

14. if i really like something i see for sale, i tend to buy more than one of the same item.

15. i like going to appliance and furniture stores. hahaha.

16. when i type, i look at the keyboard and not at the screen.

17. i'm a sucker for kid shows. i can stay tuned on a kiddie channel for hours.

18. i tend to have more pee breaks than most people. i think i need flomax.

19. i hate vinegar as a condiment . i can't stand it.

20. i learned to eat balut through friends - acquired skill. talk about peer pressure.

21. i went to china without a chinese visa. i stayed at the border. silly. i went to malaysia just to eat at mcdonalds and buy a new variant of marlboro cigarettes. stayed in the country for an hour then left. hahaha

22. i'm a water sports enthusiast. i love everything with regards to water.

23. i went swimming with 16 whale sharks. for real.

24. if i forget a thought, i become crazy recalling it.

25. it took me three days to to do this list.
